Refund Policy

14-day money-back on your initial Pro purchase, no questions asked. Honest mechanics, no fine-print traps.

Last updated: 30 April 2026

The short version

  • 14 calendar days from your initial Pro purchase to get a full refund — no questions asked.
  • EU/EEA consumers have the same 14-day cooling-off right by law. This policy honours that and goes a little further.
  • Renewals after the 14-day window aren't generally refundable, except where required by law.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

The longer version follows. If anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

When this policy applies

This policy applies once paid Pro launches. During early access there is nothing to refund — accounts are not being charged.

Eligibility

Initial purchase — full refund within 14 days

The first time you buy Pro (or upgrade from a free entitlement set to a paid subscription), you have 14 calendar days from the transaction date to request a full refund. We don't ask why. We process it. You're back to the default tier, your account and your page stay intact.

Renewal periods — limited circumstances

After the 14-day window on the initial purchase, monthly and annual renewals aren't refundable as a matter of policy. Two exceptions:

  • Where required by EU/Greek consumer law — for example, if a renewal happens within a cooling-off period that still applies, or if there's a legal/statutory obligation specific to your situation.
  • Where the service has been materially broken for a significant portion of the renewal period and we've not been able to restore it. We'll evaluate these case by case.

If you forgot you had a renewal coming up and want to discuss it, email us. We're reasonable.

Pro-rata refunds on involuntary termination

If we terminate your access without cause — for example, if we're winding the service down — we refund unused paid time on a pro-rata basis. See the Terms of Service §10.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject prefix [Refund].
  2. Include the order ID Paddle issued on your receipt (it looks like txn_…) and the email address on your account.
  3. We confirm receipt within 1–2 business days, then process the refund through Paddle.

Refunds typically post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The Paddle buyer terms have the technical details on their side.

What happens to your data on refund

A refund cancels your Pro subscription. Your account and your page stay intact and revert to the default-tier rules — anything that's gated to Pro becomes read-only until you re-subscribe (we never delete content as a consequence of refund).

If you want to delete your account entirely, that's a separate request — email us and we'll erase your account, page, and uploaded files within 14 days. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

EU consumer cooling-off period

Under Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83 (Consumer Rights), EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance-purchased digital service. This policy meets that right and applies it to your initial purchase by default.

When you start using the service immediately after purchase, you give explicit consent to the supply of digital content during the cooling-off period. Even so, we honour the 14-day refund window in full as part of this policy — you don't lose your right by using the service.

Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you can lodge a dispute via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or, as an EU consumer, in your local courts. Paddle, as merchant of record, also offers buyer support and can mediate certain disputes.

Changes to this policy

We can update this policy. Any change applies only to purchases made after the new "Last updated" date. Material changes that affect existing subscribers will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
