Pricing FAQ

What does “early access” mean right now?
Phoenixtech | Links is in early access while we get ready for the public Pro launch. If you sign up today, you use the product at no cost during this period. Accounts will be told before any change to billing or entitlements takes effect.
When does Pro billing start?
We don't have a fixed launch date pinned to this page on purpose — once we have a confident date, we'll announce it by email to early- access accounts at least two weeks ahead, and update the badge at the top of this page.
How does the 14-day money-back work?
On your initial Pro purchase, you have 14 calendar days to email [email protected] and ask for a full refund — no questions asked. Renewal periods after that aren't refundable as a matter of policy, with the exceptions listed in the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard or the Paddle customer portal. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for; afterwards your account reverts to the default tier with your data intact.
What happens to my pages if I cancel or refund?
Your account, page, blocks, and uploaded files all stay. Pro-only features (extra blocks beyond the default limit, full theme studio, full analytics history, branding removal) become read-only until you re-subscribe. We don't delete content as a consequence of a cancellation or refund.
Why Paddle?
Paddle is our merchant of record. They handle payment processing, VAT/sales-tax collection across the EU and most of the world, and compliant invoicing — meaning we can focus on the product instead of tax registration in 30 jurisdictions. Your card details never touch our servers.
Do you charge VAT?
Paddle calculates and collects the right tax for your region as part of checkout — VAT for EU customers, GST or sales tax elsewhere. The amount is shown clearly before you pay.
